NEW TV!!

We decided that our old "tube" tv was no longer cool. So we bought this one (: it's 47" we bought one a few months ago, but it was a 55" and in our little living room it made us motion sick!! So we went looking for something a little smaller, we looked on Black Friday, but the prices still weren't right. We went to Wal*Mart a couple weeks after Christmas and found this one. We got a great buy and its the perfect size!!

Yellowstone

We went to Yellowstone Park on Saturday, just for fun to walk around the shops. Yellowstone is DEAD in the winter..we were seriously the ONLY people walking around. Most of the shops were closed, it was freezing. But we had fun (:

I thought the quote on the sign was cool, Tyler is a trooper when I ask him to try something on (: Scottie and Easton were pals the whole day. My dad LOVES batman, they even call him batman at work, so when Scott pointed this out in one of the stores I had to take a picture of it and send it to my dad!! C:

On Sunday we went tubing, we needed to get out of the cabin for a couple hours. It was freezing, but way fun!!

We didn't think it was very fair that the other two married couples got their own room and we would have to sleep on the loft with the boys. So I threw a bit of a fit, and got our own room. So my mother and father in law slept out with the boys and got woken up every morning by the grandkids!

Our room wasn't very big, but I wasn't complaining. The closet was huge and went on forever.

Upstairs there were three queen beds, a love seat that pulled out into a bed. A huge couch and a 37' tv. There was also a card table, our bedroom and a bathroom.

Straight was the bathroom and to the right was our room.

Christmas 2011

For Christmas this year we stayed in a cabin in Island Park with the Briggs Bunch!! Every other year we switch from my family to Briggs. We had a lot of fun, it was a much needed vacation. We sat around and did nothing, well we played games and ate food. It was very nice not having to worry about putting make-up on, or what I was going to wear. We left Friday before Christmas Eve and came back the day after Christmas.

Medieval Times was a lot of fun, but made me totally sick! It might have been being out on the beach all day then sitting in a hot room full of tons of people. It was fun though, wearing our goofy looking burger king crowns and cheering for our Knight.

The beach had to of been my favorite part of our vacation. It was much needed to relax, we should of done it last but it worked out best to go to the beach first. The weather was amazing, 80 degrees the whole day. Couldn't of asked for any better weather. (I even got a tan) we all played in the water, laid out under the wonderful California sun. I don't think I saw this much sun in the whole summer in Idaho. When we go back I will plan two days at the beach (: it was very much missed.

Lake Arrowhead

Friday morning we drove from St. George to my aunt Robin's house in Lake Arrowhead. (The drive was a bit sickening for me and Jessica, the road was up a mountain and didn't go straight once). But we made it safely and had an amazing time catching up.

We got to Jillian and Jessica's apartment Friday night, Scott and I had just gotten our new Jeep so we insisted on driving ourselves (: Saturday morning Jillian, Mom, Scott and I met up with our cousins Ryan and Peter to go Estate Selling. Scott and I had never been, but decided to go this time. It was actually a lot of fun, I found a new cookie jar for $5 and three baby afgan blankets for $1 each!! I was pretty stoked (: I really wanted this vintage cradle, but the lady wouldn't go down in price and I wasn't gonna pay $150 for something Scottie could make me when we have kids.

We got tickets to the 2:00 session of Conference on Saturday. I was really excited to go, because I had gone a few times before. It was Scottie's first time so I was really happy to share this special day with him [:

NEW CAR!!

Scott and I have been looking for a car or small suv for some time now. My car "Bonny" had been with me for 8 years and had started making funny noises, the air conditioner went out and the heat wouldn't work. So we had been talking to a car dealer guy for a few weeks and he was trying to find me the car I really wanted, but everything kept going wrong. He tried getting me to like other cars, but I was set on one specific vehichle. Then about a month ago, we had gone to dinner with my parents, grandma Corbett and my moms cousin Ty. When we had left the parking lot my car started making a really weird noise and speeding up and slowing down by itself. Scott had talked to Tab (our car guy) that morning and he said he had a vehicle to show us the next day. Scott said that he would do whatever it took to get us a new car, because this one wouldn't make it for much longer. So the next day we went to Bonaza Motors and he showed me the prettiest thing I've ever seen (: it was a little more then we wanted to spend, but they got the payment to where we wanted it. So I drove my new baby off the parking lot!!

The last Wednesday that I had Kylee before school started we decided to have lots of fun. I let them fill the bathtub up with all my old stuffed animals, they stayed in there for hours. We were gonna go to the park that day, but I had a huge migraine so I told the girls they could do whatever they wanted in the house.
We almost didn't make brownies, because the batter was sooo good. We kept dipping spoons and fingers in the bowl. They were really silly that day, but we had lots of fun (:

I have a HUGE addiction to shoes..well actually heels. They are my best friend, if I'm having a bad day I buy heels (: Went to see my sisters this last weekend in Utah, love them to death but I had to stop at my FAVORITE shoe store in Layton before going forward. Bought some black heeled sandals and black soda flip flops. Every time I go to my FY shoe store I get a least 2-3 pairs. All the pictures above I have in my closet + more. If you never know what to get me for a birthday or Christmas..HEELS would be a great way to my heart!! Scott learned long time ago..now I'm training my brother-in-law Tyler. He got me Zebra heels for my birthday..when they come I'll post a picture.

My grandma, my mom, my sisters and I love heels. I love getting together with my mom and sisters cause we usually each get about 3 pairs each when shopping. But I don't spend a lot on shoes. They have to be on clearence or just a really good deal. It's pretty pathetic, but that's my #1 addiction (:

Chantel and I went to visit Brian and Sierra Stoker in Boise the last weekend in June..it was a lot of fun. We have not seen each other in half a year so getting together was way past due! We did a ton of stuff while we were there. We went to a salon, (Brian stayed in the car) Cha and I got our nails done while Sierra got a relaxing pedicure. Then we went shopping at the mall, ate dinner at PF Changs and dessert at Cold Stone. Took a trip up to Tablerock..Painted Brian's nails while he was sleeping :) Then the next day we got to go miniture golfing. So Saturday (May 14, 2011) was my best friends bridal shower. I was so glad to share that day with her, below are some pictures of the groom kissing the bows off her hair. We don't do that tradition here, but her family has always done it. For every bow on a gift, Analee puts in her hair, Jacob has to kiss her for every one he takes out. It's a really cute idea (:

Storybook Park

I watch Jordyn and Kenzley on most Wednesdays, since it's been getting warmer I decided that everytime I have the girls we're going to do something fun outside. (In the summer I'll have Kylee too), so I know she will love doing stuff outside. Kenzley is at the stage where you can either hold her during the girls activities or she can sit and watch from her carrier.
Since yesterday was a Wednesday I had the younger two, so we went to lunch then went to Storybook Park, which is a park that our community helped build for all kids to play at.
Jordyn played on lots of toys while I toted Kenzley around in the carrier. Jordyn saw that other people were taking pictures of there kids so she started poising and saying CHEESE!!

We had lots of fun that day, so I told Jordyn if she wants we could come back next Wednesday and to wear tennis shoes, (she was wearing flip flops and the wood chips kept bugging her)

Jacob and Analee

Scott and I have been dying to have more friends to hang out with. We hardly ever get to see our friends in Nampa and Idaho Falls. So it was great when Analee introduced us to her fiance' Jacob!
Analee and I met a couple years ago when Analee & her foster sister Jessica walked into the salon to get there nails and toes done. At first we were just texting friends, but more recently we've been hanging out a ton and I LOVE it!!
Jacob and Scott hit it off the first time they met, which is great so we can all do things together without it being awkward.

Jacob and Analee are getting married June 4th in the Twin Falls Temple, Scott and I are super excited for them. I've been helping Analee look for a wedding dress and help out in anyway possible. I even offered to do some engagement or bridal pictures (I'm by far not a photographer), but I do know those things can get expensive.
In no way are we trying to replace are other friends, it's just way nice to be so close to another couple that don't live hours away.

But I can honestly say that Analee is one of my BEST FRIENDS and I hope to always have her in my life!!

Lets see two weeks ago I was super busy with prom, I wish I was that busy everyday.

These were WAY fun to do..her dress was lime green. So we did lime green acrylic with flowers, dots, stripes, zebra/cheeta and bow stamps. Most of the other girls did one or two stamps but these two girls went all out on every nail!!

On Edith's she didn't want the same design on any of her nails, so you can't really tell but not one of her nail designs is the same. They are all black and pink, but all different too! When she saw this star stamp she had to get it, she said there prom theme was "Star Night"

We went camping for Memorial Weekend in Hegler. It rained a lot & snowed a little, but it was fun. We borrowed Silcocks camp trailer..we were going to buy it, but decided our money could be more use on something else (Camping's a lot more fun in a tent anyways).

Wow so I haven't been blogging in a while, we've had so much going on. We went camping with Scott's family for Memorial Weekend. It was a lot of fun, but I think I like camping better without a trailer. Sleeping in a tent is one of the reasons you go camping..I love taking a nap in a hot tent! So it was a nice thought to have a trailer, but I'm just as good with a lovely tent.

A couple of weeks ago we went to Lehi & Morgan Utah. My nephew JT was ordained a Deacon & Scott's nephew Easton was blessed. We got to make it to both of them..I love spending time with Kerrilyn & her family they're a lof of fun.

This weekend we're having the Russell Terry Family Reunion..I'm supa stoked cause I love being around my family. Scott & I are in charge this year so we decided to go four-wheeling/motorcycle riding on Friday, go to Lava Hot Springs on Saturday & head up to Alpine on Sunday for my cousin Tim's farawell.

Next weekend Scott & I are going to San Diego with our best friends Brian & Sierra Stoker..we are so excited & cannot wait. We're calling it a double 2nd anniversary, since our anniversaries are only a month apart. It was short notice, but we are supa stoked to go. We're planning on going to Sea World, Knotts Berry Farm & the beach. I'll be sure to take lots of pictures =]

I love having such a busy summer, we'll be having 2 more family reunions in July. One will be the Cecil Terry Reunion with all of my dad's brothers & sisters, & we're going to Bear Lake for the Briggs reunion! So look forward to more pictures!!

Easton Joshua Hunt was born on Thursday, April 8th, at 9:48 pm. He weighed 7 lbs. 10 oz. and measured 20 1/2" long. He has a lot of blonde hair and blue eyes.

Kerrilyn, Alma, Saralyn & Easton came to visit, It was the first time Scott & I got to meet Easton. He's such a doll (Josh & Kerri make some pretty cute kids)! Kerrilyn & Sharolyn brought Alma & Saralyn to the salon where I work, I painted everyone's nails & then my boss put Tinsil in there hair. They were so good & patient. I love those two girls, they make me laugh, I can't wait till we all go camping . I love when the Hunt family comes to visit, Kerrilyn is the best sister in law ever, she makes my day when I know there coming!! She has the greatest little family, I hope my kids are as good as hers! :)

My sand angel!! We had so much fun at Little Sahara..Danyel & I got bored watching the boys jump so we played in the sand. There were so many four wheeling trails, we got lost a couple times, but Scott & Tyler found us. At one point we were on the other side of the mountain, but didn't realize we had gone so far. The first night was perfect, the second day was great & we took it for granted, cause we rode a little then took a nap & relaxed. The next day the weather was cold & windy. Which made it miserable with the sand blowing in our eyes. When we were riding the weather felt great & with our goggles on we couldn't feel the sand. We want to go again when its a little warmer. Its great to go in the middle of the week cause we were like the only ones there, but as the weekend got closer a lot more people started coming, & by the time we left it was packed!

Scottie got me pink roses for Valentine's Day, he knows I'm not a fan of red roses. Pink & yellow are my favorite. Valentine's night we went to my parents for dinner, cause my brother & sister in law were here visiting. So we celebrated Valentine's on Friday night. We exchanged gifts, then Scott had to coach his young mens basketball game. I always go to watch..I enjoy it. Valentine's Day has always meant so much to me, 2 years ago Scott proposed to me. It was the greatest day, except my wedding day of course.

I had always wanted to do something special on Valentine's Day, but never had. So when I actually had a boyfriend I was excited to do something. Scott kept acting like he wasn't going to do anything. Then he told me he needed to watch his nieces while his sister & brother in law went out. That really mad me mad, cause I didn't want to go watch them. My mom said you never know it could turn out for the better. So I went, when I got to the house it was really dark inside & the door was locked. So I rang the doorbell, Scott came to the door all dressed up (he looked great). I was kinda wondering what was going on till I saw the glow in the kitchen. Scott had a wonderful dinner all planned, I loved it. I thought it was very romantic, that he was doing this for me. Right before desert Scott got kinda shaky, & seemed nervous I didn't think anything of it. He gave me a cookie his niece had made us, then i noticed Scott kneeling on one knee beside me. I didn't know what to think, I was really happy. When he asked me to marry him I wasn't even expecting it, I think thats what made it so special.
When we got back to my parents house to show them the ring, my mom said I told you it would turn out better didn't I. I had no idea Scott had even asked my dad, but he did one night when my dad was out feeding the houses.
I can't believe it's been TWO Valentine's ago when Scottie asked me to be his wife. It seems like just yesterday, I am so excited to see what the rest of Valentine's day brings for us. I love Scott so much, Im so excited that he picked me to spend forever with him!!

After Things Didn't Work Out With Sierra's Boyfriend, Scott and I Decided To Hook Brian and Sierra Up. It Worked..For Awhile Then Things Got Bumpy and Stuff Happened In Between. Then It Got All Better and Brian and Sierra Dated For Awhile..Then Brian Finally Proposed To Sierra Around Easter Time. Scott and I Were Supa Happy Cause It Worked Out For Everyone In The Long Run. Now Brian and Sierra Are Sealed For All Eternity!! :D

Dream Cars..

While Jessica was looking for realistic cars, I went around looking for my dream car! Of course I would never own any of my dream cars. We test drove a H2 once, it felt like I was driving a huge box. The outsides are very cool, but I probably would never want to own one. Scott & I however did find the family car we want..a jeep cherokee! Its very nice & comfortable, we'll invest in it after we settle in our house for awhile. We'll post pictures of our house after we fix it up. The bumblebee is one of our favorite cars..if only it had the Transformers logo on the steering wheel. But unfortunately it doesn't is has Camero, which is still cool. :D

Jessica came home for the weekend to buy a car. So we decided to randomly take pictures. Today we went to Twin, Mom & I went to the Temple. We left Jessica at the mall, she got 3 skirts for work/church she was pretty pleased with herself. Next we went to Costco cause we were starving, I got a few things for Scott's lunches. When we were at Costco we got a phone call from a friend who needed us to pick some things up at the Home Depot because it wouldn't fit in their car. Then we went to Peerless to get some nail stuff for me & hairspray for my mom. Finally we made it to the one stop my mom really wanted to go to.."Real Deals" she was supa excited..as for me & Jessica we were bored out of our minds so we sat on the cushion chairs while mom looked. Then finally we went home to rest our sore feet!

Scott and I Got Married At Morey's Event Center, It Was So Beautiful I Cried. I Walked Down The Isle To A Walk To Remember 'Only Hope'. I Can't Even Remember What Our Bishop Talked About Cause I Was So Caught Up In The Whole Thing.

Scott proposed to me on Valentine’s Day. He told me all day that we were going to his sister’s house to watch his nieces. But when I got there all the lights were off. In the kitchen I saw a table with candles and a vase full of yellow roses. I was so happy I cried. He made me spaghetti and had vegtables. It was so PERFECT!! Then during dessert (which his niece Kylee made) he got down on one knee and asked me to marry him. And of course I said yes!
